How to report content that uses your work without permission, and how we respond.
We respect creators
LiveBrandFlow respects the rights of songwriters, musicians, artists, filmmakers and brands. We expect Story Ads Pro users to do the same, and we respond to clear reports of copyright infringement.
How to report infringement
If you believe content stored on or shared through Story Ads Pro uses your copyrighted work without permission, send us a notice through the Contact page (Contact page). Please choose a subject that mentions copyright so it reaches the right person quickly.
What to include in your notice
To help us act quickly, please include:
- Your full name and how we can reach you.
- A description of the copyrighted work you believe was used, such as a song, image or video.
- Where the content appears, with a link or enough detail for us to find it.
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not allowed by you, your agent or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and that you are the copyright owner or are allowed to act for the owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature (typing your full name is fine).
What happens next
When we receive a complete notice, we review it and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the content. We let the user who uploaded it know and share the notice with them, which may include your name and contact details.
Please note that content you see posted on YouTube, Facebook, Instagram or TikTok lives on those platforms. If the content is posted there, you may also need to report it directly to that platform.
Counter-notice
If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake, or that you have the right to use it, you can send a counter-notice through the Contact page (Contact page). Please include:
- Your full name and how we can reach you.
- A description of the content that was removed and where it appeared.
- A statement that you believe in good faith the content was removed by mistake or because it was misidentified.
- A statement that you agree to the jurisdiction of the courts where you live (or, if you live outside the United States, any court where LiveBrandFlow may be found) and that you will accept legal papers from the person who sent the original notice.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
After a counter-notice
We will pass the counter-notice to the person who sent the original notice. If they do not tell us within 10 to 14 business days that they have filed a court action, we may restore the content.
Repeat infringers
We close the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe other people's copyrights, when appropriate.
Please report honestly
Sending a notice or counter-notice that you know is false can have legal consequences. If you are not sure whether something infringes your rights, you may want to talk to a lawyer first.
