Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancel any time

The Story Ads Pro plan is a monthly subscription at $37 a month. You can cancel it at any time from your account. There are no cancellation fees.

What happens when you cancel

Your subscription stops renewing. You keep full access to the Story Ads Pro plan until the end of the month you have already paid for.

After that, your account moves to the Free plan. Your projects and files stay in your account, so you can download your work or pick up where you left off if you subscribe again. If you want everything removed, you can delete your account from your Profile.

Refunds

Because you can cancel any time and keep access to the end of your paid period, we do not give refunds for partial months, except where the law requires it.

If you were charged by mistake, charged twice, or charged after you cancelled, tell us through the Contact page (Contact page) and we will look into it and correct any billing error.

Third-party costs

Story Ads Pro does not charge you for the third-party music, image and video apps you use to make your songs, images and clips. You pay those apps directly, under their own terms. We cannot refund those charges. Contact the app you paid if you have a question about their billing.

LiveBrandFlow members

If Story Ads Pro is included in your LiveBrandFlow membership, you are not billed separately for it. Your access follows your membership. If your membership ends, your account moves to the Free plan unless you start a Story Ads Pro subscription.

Price changes

If we change the monthly price, we will tell you before it takes effect. The new price will only apply from your next billing period after the notice, and you can cancel before then if you do not want to continue.
